Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
